This initial coaching session will unpack your current relationship with food and your body. We will dive into the 2-3 main struggles/goals that you have and come up with a game plan to help you achieve a nutrition and body image transformation. Whether you are exhausted trying to piece together free information online, sick of 6 week challenges, or ready to finally feel the benefits of eating intuitively, you will absolutely find it here. This session includes a detailed summary of your game plan and topics discussed as well as any additional resources that can support your transformation.

This bundle of 1 x 75-min initial session + 2 x 60-min follow-up sessions will deepen your nutrition and body image transformation. This bundle consists of 1 x 75-min consult + 5 x 60-min follow-up sessions. In addition to the coaching calls, you have access to daily communication for a high level of support on your nutrition and body image journey. You will get constant updates to your game plan, and a mid-point check in to re-evaluate the 2-3 goals set during the consult call. No struggles are left behind with this option! This bundle is best suited for those who struggle with dieting, binge eating, food cravings, and being able to respond to their hunger and fullness cues. If you are a confident with your nutrition but struggle with your body image, this is also a perfect fit! This extended program will provide the accountability needed to overcome poor body image, chronic dieting and emotional eating.

I'm Chelsea!
The coach behind the calls. 

My passion for working with women to heal their relationship with food and their bodies, comes from many years of struggling with this myself, and many years of feeling like I had to figure it out for myself.

You are not alone. The feelings of guilt when eating something you "shouldn't", the constant worry about whether or not it's been long enough since your last meal to eat again and if you've eaten too much today, the body checking in the mirror, negative self-talk, not eating in public only to end up in the pantry alone and in private at night, or with a box of oreos in your car. I've been there; I've experienced all of it. So I know how exhausting it can feel, especially when the majority of supportive resources available are only supportive of a restrictive weight loss diet. 

This is different. This is your opportunity to FINALLY have a healthy relationship with food. I am here to help you overcome the fears, the guilt and the shame. Together, we will break the binge-restrict cycles, the seasonal dieting, and help you find the most confident version of yourself.
