What is Metabolism?
You'll learn about the metabolic hormones that help regulate our hunger and fullness, food cravings, and weight balance.
Week 2
What causes metabolic damage?
We'll talk about the common culprits behind metabolic damage and how to minimize any risks to further compromising our metabolic health and why certain approaches don't work and are actually doing more harm to our metabolism.
Week 3 & 4
Hunger & Fullness
You'll get access to my signature hunger and fullness scale to start identifying where your hormones are at and how to improve them so that you aren't living in extremes of being super hungry or eating way past fullness.
Healthy Habits
You'll learn all about healthy habits, lifestyle choices, and nutrition modifications that you can make to best support a healthy metabolism. We will talk about key identifiers that show things may be off balance and how to get back into homeostasis.

Much like you, I have spent years wrapped up in dieting beliefs and behaviors. I struggled with food restriction, over exercising, clean eating, and a damaged metabolism that resulted in health issues. I lived in a constant battle with my body, always feeling the need to control and manipulate it through my food choices.
Through a long and extensive recovery journey, I realized that my story was not unfamiliar. Healing my relationship with food and finding peace with my body was the most difficult season of my life, but necessary to be able to live a life without obsession.
I have now helped hundreds of women achieve the same freedom through the coaching services I offer. I guide women who are confused about how and what to eat, want to improve their knowledge of nutrition, and understand their metabolism. We work to remove the questions around which foods are good and bad, and learn how to incorporate the off-limits foods into a part of their every day life.
